At Fuel Storage Tanks we hold a selection of popular products in stock for same day collection or quick dispatch. Our manufacturers also have stock in most instances. However, it is important to note that some products, particularly the larger items, will be made to order. Let us know what you need and we will do all we can to get it to you - hassle free!

Collection is an option for most items but please note, not all products are available in one location. Please contact us to find out where you can collect before placing your order.

We are super speedy at processing our orders so please bear this is mind as it can be tricky to modify once an order has been processed. That being said, if you do find a mistake or wish to cancel your order, please contact us at the earliest opportunity and we will do our best to assist. As per our Delivery Terms, once an order has left us and is within the network, we are no longer able to make a change to the order.

In the unusual event that your items have arrived in a substandard condition, please email contact@fuelstoragetanks.co.uk with the following detail;
- Order Number
- Photos of the damage or fault
- Were you offered a chance to sign for the goods?
- Brief explanation of the issues
This will allow us to deal with the matter as swiftly as possible in order to reduce any possible inconvenience.

If an item is missing, please get in touch within 14 days of goods arrival by responding to your order confirmation email or emailing contact@fuelstoragetanks.co.uk where we will deal with your enquiry as a matter of priority. Should this timeline not be met, we may not be able to assist in full.
Please note – Due to the location of stock, items on your order may be delivered separately.

Each product has its own dispatch time which can be found under the product title. This is updated on a regular basis based on the demand for the product although please note this is subject to change. Should you need a product urgently, please do call us and we will do our best to help you with this.

In most cases, the customer will need to check the goods before signing for them. This will help to avoid any re-delivery charges that may apply.
Please note – if goods are signed for, you are agreeing that the item packaging is intact. If damage is found after this point, collection or redelivery cost will be down to the customer.

Due to the size of the products we sell, most orders will be delivered via an independent courier. These deliveries will be arranged or 'booked-in' beforehand so you have awareness of its arrival. This is crucial if offloading is required.
Tracking will be available on smaller orders and accessories in most instances.
We are always able to help with updates on your order so please get in touch and we shall be more than happy to assist.

Yes, we can offer quick delivery. We have stock in various locations of the UK available for same day collection or next day delivery.
We have a dedicated category for these quick delivery tanks in each category. For example, here is a link to some of our quick delivery oil tanks here.
We also advise that if time is of the essence, please give us a call and we will be able to talk through all the options. It may be that we have other items we can offer that aren't shown on the website.

All refunds will be issued back to the payment method used for the order. In this case, the refund period can be anything from instant, up to 10 days with most refunds being recieved within 48 hours.

A VAT invoice will be sent once the items have been dispatched and this will be emailed to the address on the order. However, should you need a copy, just get in touch and we can send this through.

We offer a discount to trade customers in the form of a discount code. Doing it
this way allows you to be self-sufficient with ordering although we are always
available and happy to help support any purchase over the phone should we be
needed. This code is revised each year based on quantity purchased.
If you would like a discount code for your business, all we need is a
Contact Name, Phone Number and Company Details (website link for example). We will then set you up with a User Account and issue the coupon code via email.

When you sign into your account, you will be able to view past orders in this area. You are also able to reorder or view old invoices in this view.

You can set a default shipping and billing address in your account area. These details will be automatically filled in each time you sign in. Please note: if you update your address while an order is still being processed, the changes will not apply to that order.
