5000 Litre Diesel Fuel Station - Harlequin

The Harlequin 5000FS is a 5,000 litre bunded diesel fuel station built for sites that use a lot of fuel. It brings forecourt-style refuelling to your own yard and comes with a higher level of protection as standard than the smaller fuel stations, including overfill prevention and a bund monitor, making it a strong choice for haulage depots, large farms, plant hire and construction businesses.

It's moulded from durable Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE) and is integrally bunded: the inner tank sits inside a separate outer containment tank, so any leak is held safely rather than escaping into the environment. A bund monitor alerts you if fuel ever gets into the bund, while an overfill prevention valve and LRC overfill prevention probe help stop the tank being overfilled during deliveries. Galvanised steel lifting eyes make it easier to handle and position.

All the dispensing equipment is housed behind a large lockable door. A mechanical flow meter records exactly how much diesel is dispensed, a hydrostatic contents gauge with digital display shows the fuel level, and a 10 micron filter removes particles and water before the fuel reaches your vehicles and machinery. The offset fill point has a non-return valve and lever ball valve for clean, controlled deliveries.

For fleets that need to track who is using the fuel, the tank can be supplied with a Tecalemit HDA Eco fuel management system, which records usage by driver or vehicle.

Installation Requirements

The tank must be positioned on a flat, level base strong enough to support the weight of the tank when completely full, with continuous support across the entire underside. A 230V power supply is needed for the pump. Diesel storage must comply with the relevant oil storage regulations for your site.
