9250 Litre AdBlue Dispensing Tank - Harlequin

The Harlequin BlueStation 9250BS is a 9,250 litre bunded AdBlue® dispensing tank, the largest in the BlueStation range. It's designed for the busiest sites, such as large haulage and logistics depots, bus and coach operators and major fleet yards, letting you take full bulk deliveries of AdBlue and keep a large fleet topped up on site.

The tank is moulded from a specialist AdBlue-resistant grade of Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE) and is integrally bunded: the inner storage tank sits inside a separate outer containment tank, so any leak is held safely rather than escaping into the environment. Being plastic, it won't corrode or contaminate the AdBlue.

Unlike the smaller BlueStations, the 9250BS comes fully equipped as standard with a submersible pump, a digital flow meter to record exactly how much AdBlue is dispensed, an overfill alarm and a bund monitor. All the dispensing equipment is housed behind a lockable door, with a bulkhead light for use in low light, and a hydrostatic contents gauge shows how much AdBlue is left at a glance.

The tank is covered by a 10-year manufacturer's guarantee, with a 12-month guarantee on the dispensing equipment, subject to Harlequin's terms and conditions.

Installation Requirements

The tank must be positioned on a flat, level base strong enough to support the weight of the tank when completely full, with continuous support across the entire underside. A suitable power supply is needed for the pump and electrical equipment. AdBlue should be stored out of direct sunlight where possible to keep it within its recommended temperature range.
