A heavy-duty aluminium double diaphragm lever pump with a stainless steel handle, designed for dispensing fuel or water from bunded bowsers. It can pass solids up to 19mm, so it also copes with dirty water, and can be fitted in a bowser or mounted to a floor or wall.
