The Piusi B.SMART is a cloud-based fuel management system designed for fleet managers who need real-time monitoring and control of fuel usage. This compact, Italian-designed dispenser combines high-performance refueling with smart fuel tracking, making it ideal for multiple sites and vehicles.

Using a licensed iOS or Android app, drivers can activate dispensing via Bluetooth. Transactions are sent to the cloud, allowing fleet managers to view fuel usage online from any device - PC, tablet, or smartphone - without visiting each site or compiling manual reports.

Unlike other cloud-based fuel systems, the Piusi B.SMART has no ongoing subscription or hosting fees, offering full functionality after purchase. The system includes 10 driver access licenses, with additional licenses available upon request. Only licensed drivers can dispense fuel, preventing unauthorized use.

Fleet managers can view detailed transaction reports by driver, vehicle, date, and fuel quantity, and even record vehicle mileage. Pre-set dispensing volumes or “fill” mode options allow flexible refueling, while reports can be exported in .pdf or .xlsx format.

The system can be enhanced with the Tank Watchdog module and Fuel Economy model for smarter site management.
